The Chief Passport Officer presents his

compliments to the Under-Secretary of State for the

Colonies and, with reference to the Colonial Office

letter 53531/1/35 of May 17th last, begs to enclose

herein aopy of a letter from Miss Kathleen Rose

Johnson, and to enquire whether an interview can be

granted to this woman at the Colonial Office with

reference to her desire to proceed to Hong Kong.
